Marina Lanzarote - 2014 Atlantic Odyssey Cornell Sailing Events
The latest images from Marina Lanzarote show the new marina is looking smart and ready to welcome the yachts for the second Atlantic Odyssey which leaves in November 2014.
Gazel Rebel, Blue Jade and Mahe’3, who will all be taking part, have already arrived, with more on the way.
In Puerto Calero, the sister marina on Lanzarote, are three of the European Odyssey yachts, Geronimo, Anthea and Narayan, having completed their cruise south last month, and are now joined by Misterio Blu and Sunrise. Pole Pole and Bliss, taking part in Atlantic Odyssey II which leaves La Palma in January 2015, are already berthed in Marina La Palma.
The Canary Islands are a fascinating cruising destination in their own right, so yachts arriving early can profit from time to go exploring, while good flight connections and special discount rates offered by Caleros Marinas, the sponsors of the Atlantic and European Odyssey, also make Lanzarote an excellent place to leave the boat and return in time for the transatlantic Cornell Sailing
