In the ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami 2014 the finals for the Paralympic classes were supposed to take place in Miami today however the trending wind hampered any possible showdowns. Canadian SKUD team John McRoberts/Jackie Gay take the silver medal after a race win yesterday against their british rivals Rickham/Birrell.
The Canadian Sonar team, Paul Tingley/Logan Campbell/Scott Lutes, just missed the podium in fourth place overall however their overall work continues to reap rewards and they are looking forward to future events.
Canadian Allan Leibel captured silver medal in the 2.4mR class behind GBR's Megan Pascoe. CST member Bruce Millar finished in seventh overall after a difficult week.
With the exception of the 49er and FX classes, there was no racing today for the rest of the fleets.
Finals and Medal racing will take place for all Olympic class fleets
