Doyle Sails New Zealand is looking for experienced sailmakers to join our team. We require sailmakers with a minimum of two years experience with references.

For the right candidates we are prepared to pay for flights to New Zealand in exchange for a commitment of six months. Note that unless you hold an NZ or Aus passport, working in NZ does require a visa - click here for more information.

In the 5,400 mile race to Itajai, Brazil, they are up against the other latest generation of IMOCA Open 60’s all of which are ready to prove themselves on the Ocean Masters circuit.

Doyles aboard as the latest Hugo Boss has first sea-trial in Germany
The new IMOCA 60 Hugo Boss after a two year build, she is currently sea trialling in Sylt, Germany. The new IMOCA 60 Hugo Boss came out the shed on September 4. After a two year process of design and build she is currently sea trialling in Sylt, Germany. Hugo Boss is carrying a full inventory by Doyle Sails, continuing the team's long relationship with the Doyle Sail loft.

Doyle Sails New Zealand’s R&D division has appointed David Le Pelley as Stratis Research & Development Manager Research and development around new and existing sailing technologies has always been at the core of the Doyle Sails New Zealand operation. The Bakewell-White supermaxi 'RIO100' has taken Line Honours in the 800nm 2015 Newport Beach (Calif. USA) to Cabo San Lucas (Mexico) International Yacht Race. Manouch Mosheyadi and his team won on debut in their home waters.

Rolex Sydney Hobart- Rio 100 - A supermaxi is reborn + Video
Rio 100 is one of two supermaxis who have been given a new lease on their racing lives - both will compete in the Hobart 'New boats for old' seem to be a common catch cry on both sides of the Tasman, at present.' This year two supermaxis have gone into the building shed for major surgery and emerged as new boats. They will both be competing in the 2014 Rolex Sydney Hobart Race and sailing in their first major offshore race since being born-again.
