It's Medal Race day at the Sailing World Cup Qingdao as the five day regatta reaches crunch time for the podium hopefuls.
It's business as usual on the forecast as strong currents, light winds and a hot and humid day welcomes the sailors to the Qingdao waters to fight it out for medals.
There is again the southerly wind blowing at 10 knots and gusting to 12 which the sailors will be used to now. Some have excelled while some have struggled in the lighter winds, but it's Medal Race day and double points, so anything can happen.
