Southern Spars is looking for tradespeople to join our team to help create the finest carbon spars in the world.
We have several exciting opportunities available to come and work amongst our passionate, fun, young team of fabricators in our brand new, custom-built 10,000 square metre facility in Avondale, West Auckland.

- Boat builders
- Composite laminators
- Engineering trade workers
- Fabricators
Southern Spars would welcome applications and expressions of interest from tradespeople with all levels of experience interested in joining one of our many production teams.
We have established our place as a world leader in the design, construction, installation and servicing of carbon fibre masts, booms and rigging. Our rigs power a wide range of yachts, from small one-design class yachts to grand prix racing yachts, cruising yachts and superyachts.
