Youth Sailing Grand Prix 2012 details have been announced by Yachting Australia. A number of changes have been introduced for the coming year.

To be eligible to win the Youth Sailing Grand Prix athletes are required to compete in a minimum of five regattas, with the events split into two groups; mandatory regattas being the respective class Australian Championships and the OAMPS Insurance Brokers Australian Youth Championships; with the remainder from the Sail Down Under Series and state-based regattas.
