North Sails' President, the effervescent Ken Read, was on form at one of the keynote addresses at the recent US Sailing Leadership Forum held last week.

In this video of his presentation to the 2014 forum, Read outlines his thoughts on the state of the sport, its potential and future direction. Plus hear what he think is holding the sport back.

Very entertaining, as always - but with some excellent points that are just not US specific but relevant to the growth of the sport world-wide.
