On the final day in Palma, Spain Australian sailors won three medals. ISAF Sailing World Cup round in Palma. Mathew Belcher and Malcolm Page went into the final, double point, medal race with a 14 point lead over the second placed Israeli crew with the Australians guaranteed at least a Silver medal.

The 43 Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia MAPFRE regatta ended with a blast, solid winds, sunshine and great sailing. The 43 Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia MAPFRE regatta ended with a blast, solid winds, sunshine and great sailing. With huge seas and winds touching 20 knots, it was a great end to what has generally been a light wind regatta.

43rd Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia Mapfre final day saw some excellent racing in the Women Match Racing and the Medal Races 43rd Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia Mapfre final day, the third event in the ISAF Sailing World Cup circuit, saw some excellent racing in the Women Match Racing and the Medal Races. The Bay of Palma presented a perfect day with sun, wind and waves. In the Women Match Racing Finals, Anna Tunnicliffe (USA) took an early 2 – 0 lead over Claire Leroy (FRA).

Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia Mapre - Goodison, Percy and Simpson added to the British medal haul on the final day of racing Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia Mapre, the first European World Cup of the season, concluded in Palma, Spain today. Paul Goodison and the Star duo of Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson added to the British medal haul on the final day to keep GBR at the top of the medal table. The reigning Olympic Champions in the Laser and Star classes both clinched silver medals

Trofeo SAR Princess Sofia Mapfre - After an action packed final day the overall Standings have been shuffled around Trofeo SAR Princess Sofia Mapfre, the third of seven ISAF Sailing World Cup Regattas, concluded today in Palma. After an action packed final day of racing the overall Standings have been shuffled around with new leaders taking control. The first gold of the day was decided in the 49er fleet. It went to Jonas Warrer and Soren Hansen (DEN)

Trofeo Princesa Sofia Mapfre - On day 5 of women's match racing a fresh 15-18 knots of sea breeze challenged the sailors 43rd Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia Mapfre - On the penultimate day of women's match racing a fresh 15-18 knots of sea breeze challenged the sailors. Anna Tunnicliffe (USA) was the first to punch her ticket for the Finals when she dispatched of Olivia Price (AUS) 3-0 in the Semi Finals.
