Superior Group claims AIMEX award for export strategy

Fresh off a successful Marine15 and MIA Award for Best Marina Innovation for 2015 for its Waterscape pontoon, Superior has won the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show Award for ‘Best Export Marketing Strategy’ at the 2015 Club Marine Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Industry Awards.

Organised by the Australian International Marine Export Group and Superyacht Australia, the Awards were announced Tuesday 19 May at the Industry Gala Dinner in Sanctuary Cove, Queensland. 200 guests gathered to acknowledge and support the outstanding achievements of businesses in the Australian Marine Export and Superyacht Industries. The night was hailed as a fantastic event with exceptional entertainment, food and beverages.

A beaming John Hogan thanked Sanctuary Cove for its sponsorship of the Award and said he was proud to accept it on behalf of the team at Superior.

“Jackie and I are thrilled to accept this award on behalf of our talented team. Our international marketing strategy has allowed us to grow. With this growth, development of skills has been possible whereby real marine careers have been built. Recognition by our peers is the greatest reward.”

Based on the Gold Coast, Superior is a multi-disciplined group that included Superior Jetties, Superior Plastech and Superior Transport.
