South Australian Sabre State Championships - Winner announced

SA Sabre State Champ 'Trigger Point' Mark Soulsby Peter Muirhead
Mark Soulsby capped off a great season by comfortably winning the South Australian Sabre State Championships to add to his recent win overall in the National Championships.
With a fleet hitting 48 boats prior to Christmas in the build up to the Nationals, great racing was held in this booming class in this state.
Second place went to Ben Knoop (also first in Senior Division), who recently placed fifth overall in the Nationals, and who also had a great season. Peter Leader finished third overall (also first in Veterans Division) to make the top three place getters a trifecta from the Adelaide Sailing Club fleet.
Laura Baker from Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club won the Ladies division to add to her win overall in Ladies Division at the Nationals.
The State Championships are held over a series of up to 10 races spread amongst all of the local clubs over a period of months from November until March, creating a varied number of weather conditions.

4th - Funky Fossil - Grant Evans
5th - Insert Name - Michael Arnold
