by Rob Kothe & Jedda Murphy on 24 Apr 2015
Laser, Tom Burton (AUS) - 2014 ISAF Sailing World Cup Hyeres, Thom Touw http://www.thomtouw.com
Laser World ranked number one, and 2013,2014 ISAF Sailing World Cup Hyeres winner Australian Tom Burton pushed to the top of the leader board on day two of the 2015 regatta after posting a third and second place.

Overnight leader Sam Meech (NZL) fell back in the pack.

Burton's discard is a 33rd from day one, so he will have to continue to sail well to take the hat-trick.

In this interview, the 2014 Rio Olympic test event and ISAF Sailing World Cup final winner Burton explains it all.

Then he went out and posted an 11th and a fifth to hold his lead.
