Sail Port Stephens - Huge success for Soldiers Point Sailing School
William Dunn from Medowie sailing took first place in the Mixed Class of Sail Port Stephens Week 2013 Sail Port Stephens Week - Big congratulations to William Dunn from Medowie sailing an Optimist, for taking out first place in the Mixed Class (Opti, Sabot, Laser, Flying 11) at the Junior Sailing Regatta, part of the Sail Port Stephens. Will was one of the first students at the Soldiers Point Sailing School and will move on to complete his Basic Skills 2 Certificate in the near future.

The final day of the Sail Port Stephens Commodore Cup Cruising series was sailed yesterday. The final day of the Sail Port Stephens Commodore Cup Cruising series was sailed yesterday and under the daily adjusted handicaps, the podium places in both divisions were wide open. Principal Race Officer Denis Thompson was expecting a light westerly wind across Port Stephens, but a light southerly change had come in.
