Buoyed by continuing growth North Sails Australia are looking to recruit staff for the following positions:

1. Sail Maker
2. Marine Canvas Tradesman
3. Sail Making Traineeship

North Sails are looking for highly motivated professionals to help with a wide range of sail making activities, ranging from One design dinghy classes, cruising sails, the latest 3DL and 3Di technology for Grand Prix racing yachts. The positions will be located at North Sails Australia’s facility in Mona Vale, Sydney.

North Sails offer excellent remuneration and benefit packages in an excellent working environment.

He will complete the teams around Daniel Schroff in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Pierre-Yves Jorand in the French-speaking part.

We’ve just had the Victorian Etchells States where Noel Drennan from North Sails Melbourne once again took out the title. Mark Tonner displayed good boat speed and raced well with smart boat position to place second overall

This past weekend saw Sydney Harbour host the jousting of sailing's new 'Grey Knights' This past weekend saw Sydney Harbour host the jousting of sailing's new 'Grey Knights', our well known racers who are competing in the Rolex Trophy Series but are now sporting their new armour, the distinctive grey of North Sails latest 3Di product. These grey sails mounted above their contrasting hulls added a new dimension to the atmosphere and challenge of racing.

During the past four months, the North Sails One Design Australia crew have been hard at work During the past four months, the North Sails One Design Australia crew have been hard at work on developing a new set of Flying eleven performance sails. Both Michael Coxon and David O’Connor have been developing and perfecting these designs with a couple of young sailors from Lake Macquarie as an initiative to become more involved with junior sailing in Australia.

North Sails and Yachting QLD supporting junior sailing in Regional QLD
Last week Keppel Bay Sailing Club hosted a training camp with over 60 boats from all over Queensland The camp which was organised by Yachting Queensland had a range of different classes including 29ers, 420’s, Sabots and Optimists accompanied by some of Australia’s top coaches including; Adrian Finglas, Andrew Gough, Ben Callard and David O’Connor from North Sails Australia.
