Paralympics London 2012 - GBR's Helena Lucas talks bouncing back

Helena Lucas (2.4mR) talks bouncing back from Beijing and the excitement of a home Games. By her own admission, Lucas has tried to erase the memory of her seventh place finish in the 2.4mR on her Paralympic debut in China four years ago. But bouncing back in style to win two World Championships medals since, including one in the London 2012 venue last year, she is looking forward to bringing her A game on waters she knows so well.
