Geelong boat Phoenix wins Sydney 38 National Title

by Teri Dodds on 23 Feb 2015 It was one of those nail biting finishes in the Performance Racing Sydney Yacht Regatta, but eventually results came through and the team onboard Phoenix were rewarded for their long campaign with the National title win. In the final race, Old School took the win, with Phoenix crossing the line in eighth. There were frantic calculations on each of the boats with Phoenix wining by a mere one point.
