Cruise Underway to Baja Rally - Kick off dinner announced

Cruise Underway to Baja Rally - With a beautiful coastline, vibrant fishing locations and must-see destinations, it's no wonder why cruising to Mexico is a dream for many people. Now, the knowledge and safety of traveling with the CUBAR 2015 fleet allows those dreams to become a reality for first time cruisers and veterans alike. The CUBAR Odyssey stands for Cruise Underway to Baja Rally, and it will take place in November of 2015. The biennial power boat cruise CUBAR Odyssey is hosting an informational kick off dinner on May 30, 2015.

The dinner will be held at the San Diego Yacht Club and all who are interested in learning more about cruising to Mexico are invited to register and attend. The CUBAR Odyssey is the perfect opportunity for adventure seekers to travel to Mexico in an organized, safe way. This dinner will feature key dates, anticipated ports of call, registration information and specific criteria for the cruise. Representatives from the Mexican Tourism Board as well as experts on marinas and immigration are scheduled to showcase their vast cruising knowledge.

The dinner will also feature a silent auction, with proceeds benefiting SDYC's Junior Program.
