Changed boating conditions on Richmond River at Coraki

Boaters are advised changed conditions will be in place on the Richmond River at Coraki for Tweed River Water Ski Club’s ski races this weekend.
Roads and Maritime Services has granted the club an exclusive use acquatic licence to hold the event between Coraki boat ramp and Woodburn Road bridge.
The event will take place on Saturday 14 March from 11am to 4pm and on Sunday 15 March from 8am to 12pm and a special event area will be marked by buoys.
The event area will be monitored by control vessels and boaters in the area must comply with directions from NSW Police and Boating Safety Officers.
No unauthorised vessels are permitted to enter the event area. Fines apply.
Boaters are reminded to ensure they have the correct safety equipment including life jackets before heading onto waterways.
