Changed boating conditions for Water Ski Races at Wyangala

Boaters are reminded to keep clear of a section of Wyangala Dam next weekend for the safe staging of water ski races. Roads and Maritime Services has granted an exclusive use aquatic licence to Ski Racing Australia to host the event on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March from 8.30am to 6pm.
The event area will be marked by buoys and monitored by control vessels.
Those in vessels not involved in the event should not enter the marked area unless authorised by a boating safety officer or a police officer.
Roads and Maritime reminds people to wear a lifejacket when boating, especially in vessels smaller than 4.8 metres when alone, at night or offshore.
