Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week - Day 3 Rupert Holmes
Adventures of a Sailor Girl is now in Cowes for Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week - here's her Day 3 report of the iconic sailing event.

Guy Bridge - Foiling Kite Boarder

Guy Bridge is a 15 year old who today set a record for kite surfing around the Isle of Wight. He has some pretty big ambitions, and all of us at Adventures of a Sailor Girl love it!

Paul Wilcox - Tonnerre IV

After an average day for Tonnerre IV, was great that Paul Wilcox, the helm of this glamour IRC 0 entry at Cowes Week was still keen to chat to the Sailor Girl. Enjoy the action, straight from the bar in the Yacht Haven!

Tim Harris – Tilt

Tim Harris of Tilt chats to me about Day 3 of Cowes Week. He fell down the hatch today, broke something yesterday, and they ran aground on day 1! Let's hope that is all three bad things for team Tilt out of the way!

Northern Child Crew

What sailing is all about! This crew came 18th in their division today, and they were having a fantastic time on the bar. There are races throughout the fleet, and great to see this crew enjoying all that Cowes Week has to offer!

Local - Robbie Southwell

Local boy to Cowes, Robbie Southwell caught up with the Sailor Girl on his day racing on Ino at Cowes Week. There was plenty of banter from the onlookers.

My assistant - Toby Palfrey!

We thought you might like to meet the Sailor Girl's self-appointed 'assistant' for the week. Meet Toby Palfrey, an absolutely fantastic help. A big thanks to his entire family for having Nic this week in Cowes.
