More images from America's Cup Challenger, Emirates Team NZ's sailing on Auckland's Hauraki Gulf, in winds that the teams put at round 26-28kts, and with a respectable sea state. A tornado hit Auckland while the AC72's of Emirates Team NZ and Luna Rossa were out training. Auckland was hit by a tornado yesterday (Thursday) with devastating damage and the loss of three lives. Both America's Cup Challengers were out training in the Hauraki Gulf at the time and were on the fringes of the violent weather system.
