Greenhalgh - 2016 Yanmar Moth World Championships Adventures of a Sailor Girl
Wow. What a day of racing here in Hayama for Day 3 of the Moth Worlds!
Goodison was boat of the day with a one, one, three moving into the lead over Chris Rashley.
All is still to play for, with a lay day tomorrow and lighter winds forecast for Saturday and Sunday. Once a second drop comes in, it is going to be very tight amongst Goodison, Rashley and Greenhalgh.
Today I interviewed Josh McKnight and Rob Gough from Australia, Paul Goodison (boat of the day and new leader), Rob Greenhalgh (the leader at the end of day one, who dropped a rig yesterday), and Victor Diaz de Leon (the leading USA boat). For some fun I spoke to Kenji Onaru about his broken boom and the LHG promo girls where there was a definite communication barrier with the Japanese to English exchange!
Enjoy!
Nic will be covering the racing on her social media channels, Facebook and Twitter
There will be plenty of live action when racing is back on Saturday and Sunday via my social media channels from on the water - for more adventures head to Adventures of a Sailor Girl website.
