Subic to Boracay Race
Friday 24 to Monday 26 February 2012

Boracay Cup Regatta (including the second Boracay Paraw Regatta)
Monday 26 February to Saturday 3 March

Boracay Island, Philippines



The Subic Bay Yacht Club is pleased to announce that the Subic to Boracay Race and the Boracay Cup will once again take place in 2012.

The events will be run in conjunction with the Saturday Afternoon Gentlemen Sailors (SAGS), the Lighthouse Marina Resort, Watercraft Ventures and the Government of Aklan under the auspices of the Philippine Sailing Association.

Boats can enter either or both events. The combined results will provide points towards the Asian Yachting Championship 2011-12

The Race to Boracay will start from Subic Bay on Saturday 25 February at 1100

Boats will be asked to provide sponsorship for the paraws and crew in the paraw races to be held off the Boracay Golden Mile Beach.

Registration for both events will be in Subic. Registration for the Boracay Cup will also be available in Boracay.

The Notice of Race will be published in September
