29er World Championship opening ceremonies in Confederation Park

29er World Championship 2014 - Join us today for the Opening ceremonies for the 29er World Championship hosted by CORK. Today - Sunday July 27, 2014 at 18:15.

The ceremonies will be held at confederation Basin Park in downtown Kingston (across from Town Hall) and begin at 1815. Kingston’s own world champion Town Crier will lead the parade of 200 athletes form 14 countries. Kingston’s Honorable Mayor Mark Gerretsen and the 29er World Council Vice President Blake Macdiarmid will welcome all participants.

Be sure to come downtown tonight to mark the opening of this World Class event in Kingston!
