Industry innovation, global speakers and the assembling of the Australian market make ASMEX 2013 a must-attend event for the marine and superyacht industries.
The defining event in the Australian industry calendar is less than a month away, and it’s set to establish the tone for marine export and superyacht growth this year.
The goal of ASMEX is clear; to ensure companies within the Australian marine export industry, and the superyacht sector move forward as a cohesive force to be reckoned with in the global arena. And the organisers of ASMEX have put everything in place to see that this year’s event does that and then some.
The calendar is packed with information sessions delivering Australian businesses crucial information needed to be fiercely competitive in the marketplace. Covering key issues including current market conditions, future opportunities and areas of development, the information sessions will be followed by a number of networking events designed to cement new relationships and allow discussion of market trends.
The organisers of ASMEX - Superyacht Australia and AIMEX - have recognised the importance of the event for the industry and kept costs low to ensure attendance is viable for all market players. The 2013 Club Marine Australian Industry Export Awards will be announced at the Gala Dinner, included in the ticket price, and the high value registration also includes the one and half day conference with over 20 speakers, morning and afternoon tea and lunches.
Added to that is the Welcome Cocktail Party, a three month trial of IBI, access to a group rate of accommodation, as well as invitations to AIMEX and Superyacht Australia networking events during the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
'With the Australian dollar consistently rising, and within a turbulent market, ASMEX organisers understand that access to valuable information that can offer insightful advice and market-edge opportunities can be hard to come by,' says Victoria Smith, Australian International Marine Export Group & Superyacht Australia, operations manager.
'The conference aims to leave attendees invigorated, with new ideas to assist the strength of their business and provide new insight to their marketing plans. International speakers are flying in from around the globe to give insightful advice and offer personal experience of the best ways to overcome difficulties within a labouring industry.'
Registration is just $395 (inc GST) for non-members and $285 for AIMEX & Superyacht Australia members and can be completed via www.superyacht-australia.com and www.aimex.asn.au. Flights to Sanctuary Cove over this period can be found for as little as $35 one way.
