Race 3’s wind conditions were 15 to 20 knots. Nathan Outteridge provided explosive entertainment when his ‘Exploder’ was deliberately pulled over astern to effect a gear repair on the first down wind leg, resulting in him coming 17th. Race 4’s wind conditions were 10- 15knots.
Early in the race, an $80 custom made gudgeon bolt failed resulting in a DNF for Glenn Ashby. Without dropping a race, Glenn has dropped to 19th overall. Results: first Mischa Heemskerk (Ned), Andrew Landenberger (Aus) and third Adam Beattie (Aus)
