New leader on day two of Eight Metre Worlds

Eight Metre Worlds Eight Metre Class
Day two of the Eight Metre International World Championship 2006 Chopard - Races being held at the Lindauer Segler-Club on Lake Constance. And a new leader after Sarissa, P Roh, recorded two wins to overtake Hollandia, the day one leader.

After the promised force 3 died at the start time of the first race, finally at 14:00 a weak west wind got the fleet away on a course which had to be shortened. The second race was sailed under the black flag after a general recall and a second race was finally completed, both going to Sarissa.

Froya, T Ellegast, was second in the first race of the day and Layfayette, A Manuel, second in the second.

Overall Sarissa leads from Hollandia, T van Rootselaar, with Aluette, E Bieri in third place.
