2013-2014 Laser Nationals to be sailed at McCrae YC

The Victorian Laser Association is pleased to announce that McCrae YC on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula will be the venue of the 2013-2014 Australian Open Laser Championships. Dates at this stage are December 27th - January 4th 2014.

McCrae YC Club Captain and Laser sailor Simon Merritt said 'McCrae YC has a proud history with the Laser class having hosted many Laser Championships, most recently the Victorian Championships in 2011 and before this Australian and Asia-Pacific Laser Championships.'

Victorian Laser Association President Rob Hartnett said 'The VLA was excited about the nationals coming back to Victoria and also securing the championship on the Mornington Peninsula which is a great holiday destination in its own right'.

The Laser Open Nationals will precede the Australian Youth Championships which will also be on the Mornington Peninsula tentatively from Jan 6th-10th 2014. McCrae YC website
