BBC Sport caught up with 2016 Olympic Gold medalist Giles Scott and David 'Freddie' Carr aboard the Land Rover BAR tender as they took a time out from training in the Solent.
The British team has about a month of training and development left in the Solent before they pack up and head for Bermuda ready to launch their AC50 just after the deadline of December 27, 2016. Most teams are expected to launch in early January.
In this video the two crew rate their opposition Challenges and get put on the spot on a few other points as well
