2016 Hobie Multi-Europeans - Day two sees the racing finally get under way at the 2016 Hobie Multi-Europeans. Despite the light breeze, all fleets took on five races to make up for lost time yesterday.

However there was no lack of action, the Wild Cats were twin stringing upwind and flying a hull downwind while the Hobie 16 fleet saw plenty of close quarters sailing and an unfortunate dismasting at a crowded top mark.

The German Masters, Knud Jansen and Christina Schober are leading overnight in the Hobie 16 Gold Fleet closely followed by Ingo Delius and Sabine Delius-Wenig, triple Kieler Woche champions, only four points behind. The Wild Cat was dominated also by a German pairing of Jacob Fisher/ Sebastian Brüning with three bullets.
