Sydney 2013 BIA NSW
With a new website now live, and planning stepping up for the 2014 event, the Sydney International Boat Show is counting down the days until the 31 July start of the split-venue event.

As Domenic Genua, events and marketing manager for BIA NSW explains, there will not be anything lacking at the 47th annual event, which is fully booked for the five days, 31 July to 4 August.

While the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre undergoes a major upgrade over the next three years, the Sydney International Boat Show will move its undercover exhibits to the interim facility that has been specially built at the historic working port known as Glebe Island.

The new Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island is a fully functioning exhibition facility designed to accommodate world class exhibitions.

Access between Glebe Island and Cockle Bay will be easy with complimentary transport between the two locations by both road and water.

'It will be lots of fun, visitors will enjoy a new boating festival atmosphere and we assure you that the entire family will enjoy the experience,' said Genua.

The spectacular Cockle Bay Marina, always a show highlight, remains on its traditional site in Darling Harbour with boats on water in all shapes and sizes and representing the world's most celebrated brands.
