At the annual Boating Industry Association of Victoria Awards breakfast on Friday 6th July 2012, AIMEX member Ronstan International were awarded winners of two award categories; the ‘Marine Manufacturer of Marine Related Product 2012’ and ‘International Exporter Award’.

Winning these awards provides well deserved recognition to Ronstan; a significant Victorian marine manufacturer and exporter. Ronstan has significant global profile as a key Australian marine exporter, they export 70 per cent of their total turnover to more than 40 countries. They are manufacturers of cleats, rigging, furlers and other equipment for boats. Along with the rest of Australia’s marine exporters the recent blows of the economic climate has proved challenging for this world renowned Victorian business. Winning awards such as these provides well deserved recognition.

Ronstan Managing Director, Alistair Murray accepted the awards and stated that it was humbling to receive such awards.
