Azimut Grande 100 will be the largest boat on Rio Boat Show 2013

Azimut-Benetti Group will show 8 boats of their prestigious brands: three of them are the largest in the nautical event of Rio de Janeiro.

The largest builder of luxury motor boats worldwide and integrated Marine Player, the italian Azimut-Benetti Group, with its own shipyard in Brazil, will be the great highlight at Rio Boat Show 2013. In a sophisticated mega-stand of 500sqm, the visitors will check closely the big novelties that bring excellence, typically Italian design and the signatures: Azimut Yachts, Atlantis, Azimut Grande and Benetti.

Between the novelties, the biggest presence of the show: the Azimut Grande 100, a boat of 31 meters which, in addition of its amplitude, dynamism, comfort, performance and sophistication in every detail.

Besides this, two other boats will constitute among the largest of the event: the Azimut 88 and the Azimut 82, Flybridge Collection of the renowned Azimut Yachts will also be on display all models produced at the Brazilian shipyard of the Group: Azimut 43, Azimut 48, Azimut 60 and Azimut 70 (next to local production).

For the sportive line lovers, the Atlantis 58 will charm by its versatility and grandeur.

Top Management of Azimut|Benetti Group confirmed presences The event will have the presences of the top management of the Group: Paolo Casani (CEO of Azimut Yachts and Atlantis), Marco Valle (Sales Director of Azimut Yachts and Atlantis), Francesco Ansalone (Marketing Director of Azimut-Benetti Group), Vincenzo Poerio (CEO of Benetti), Fabrizio Scerch (Sales Manager of Benetti) and Davide Breviglieri (CEO of Azimut Brazil).

David Breviglieri, CEO of Azimut Brasil - production site installed in 2010 in the city of Itajai, SC - tells about the expansion plans of the shipyard. 'Currently the factory in Brazil has 25,000 square meters, a warehouse being unique to the lamination and production areas and another that focuses headquarters. When the project is completed, the new plant will occupy a total area of over 45,000 square meters, of which 50% will be covered. Currently there are 300 employees who work in the construction of yachts with the same standard of excellence of those produced in Italy, beyond the services, the dealer’s network, and after sales,' he explains.

At the Rio Boat Show Azimut-Benetti Group will present its differentials also in services. 'We structured our Dealer’s Network that today is able to support its customers throughout the brazilian coast, from purchasing, technical support and after-sales. In terms of relationship, we have developed a series of strategies to approach with our clientele, to exchange ideas and to absorb their main expectation,' adds Breviglieri citing the 'Confrarias Náuticas', events already held
in Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Paraná and Bahia and that have become big success in the nautical market.

The Rio Boat Show 2013 will happen between april 25th and may 1st at the Mauá Pier, Rio de Janeiro, and is considered one of the biggest nautical events of the Americas.
