'Book a Boat Viewing' to debut in Asia

The organisers of Boat Asia 2006 have introduced a new Internet booking system that allows boat show visitors to book an appointment to view the yachts on display at this year's show.

'Book a Boat Viewing', which makes its debut on the Boat Asia website at www.boat-asia.com, provides an online directory of all yachts available for viewing, enabling visitors to apply online for an appointment. Exhibitors will then be able confirm, accept or decline the appointment.

'The 'Book a Boat Viewing' system breaks new ground in managing customer appointments and we are pleased to offer this user-friendly value added service to our exhibitors this year,' says Roel van Leeuwenm of Suntec Integrated Media. 'Whilst allowing more members of the public access to view boat displays, it also effectively screens them so that dealers can identify the more serious inquiries from potential boat buyers.'

This year's show will feature a variety of new yachts, including the 53ft Horizon from Taiwanese boatbuilder Horizon Yacht, Australia's Riviera 47 and the Fountaine Pajot Lavezzi 40 catamaran, among others.

Boat Asia 2006 is scheduled to run from April 20-23 at Sentosa Cove, Singapore, and is organised by Suntec Integrated Media, a division of Suntec Singapore.
